Register your domain name
The domain name is the identity of a website, the URL (for e.g.,www.domain.com) it should be similar to your business name, and it’s good if the domain name you choose reflects your product or service.
Your domain name will be the address of your website and will define your website so it’s important to pick the right domain name.
To register your domain name you will need to the domain registrar and there are many but you must have heard about some famous ones like GoDaddy, Namecheap, big rock, etc. Go to their portal check the availability of domain names and pay the amount to register your business domain name and here you will complete the first step to create your own website.
Buy web hosting and connect it with the domain.
Web hosting is a server that stores and serves your content through the internet so find a web hosting company(Godaddy, Bluehost, etc) sign up with them and buy a web host.
Now you have a domain & hosting so you need to connect them in order to create your own website if you have bought both domains and hosting from one portal you can connect them very easily but if different then there is a little bit of process but its easy to do so.
Access the C panel and install WordPress
Once you connect your registered domain with your Webhosting you need to login to Cpanel and install WordPress: it’s a website building platform where you will create and design your website. Do the setup basket by it, fill details, and keep it safe somewhere to yourself.
Install theme and plugins
You can test your site by your website URL(domain address) as you have created your own website now but you will see a raw page there and it doesn’t look good so you need to install already-designed themes there are a lot of good free themes and some chargeable too.
Customize your site edit contents according to your preference(text, images, icons), add a logo, create pages about services and all if it seems confusing, take some ideas from other websites your competitors. Install plugging for the features you want.
